Elisabel and her infant (born prematurely) were kidnaped in Sacramento, CA, on Tuesday, January 13, 1998. The suspect is 16 years old. Suspect may have been armed with a hand gun when forcing the mother and infant to leave with him. This is the second time the suspect has abducted Elisabel. Following the first kidnap, she was returned to her family only after being impregnated by suspect, who the family says also physically abused Elisabel.

Medical professionals, law enforcement, family and friends are greatly concerned for the safety and health of the infant, who was wearing only stockings and a diaper when abducted.

The F.B.I. has joined the Sacramento Police in the search for mother and child. There are no leads in this case. Rumor and speculation is that they may have headed south for Pasadena, CA, and possibly to Tijuana, Mexico. Vehicle used in crime is unknown at this time. Continued rumor is that suspect deals drugs and illegal weapons.

Elisabel y su infante (nacida prematuramente) fueron secuestradas en Sacramento, Calif. el Martes, Enero 13, 1998. El sospechado tiene 16 anos de edad. El suspechado puede ser armado con una pistola de mano cuando forso a la mama y infante que fuera con el. Este es la segunda vez que la ha secuestrada a Elisabel. Despues de la primera vez, ella regreso a su familia solo despues de que salio embarazada por el sospechado, lo cual, la familia dicen que tambien abuso fisicamente a Elisabel.

Profesionales medicos, enfuerzamiento de leyes, familia y amigos estan demasiados preocupados por la seguridad y salud del bebe, la cual traia nada mas calcentinas y una sapeta cuando fue secuestrada.

El F.B.I. se ha juntado con la Policia de Sacramento para buscar a la mama joven y su nina. No ay ningunos indicaciones en esta cuasa. Rumores y especulaciones son que posiblemente fueron al sur hacia Pasadena, California y posiblemente Tijuana, Mexico. No ay indicaciones del vehiculo usado este momento. Otros rumores son que el suspechado es narcotraficante y vende armas ilegales.
