from Stockton, CA, since October 3, 1997.
She has a one-half to one-inch scar on her right knee, and speaks with
a Minnesota "accent."
Believed to be in Seattle, Oak Harbor, Marblemount, WA. May be kept in a home with other children and/or in a motel.

thin hair to balding on top of head/very receding hairline, and may shave
hair.

Sonia was last seen asleep in her Stockton, CA, family apartment. Sanders
lived in the adjoining apartment for 8 months. He befriended Sonia's family,
played board games with her and her brother. Sanders drinks straight bourbon
with Pepsi chaser. He is a Tim McVeigh (Oklahoma bomber) and militia sympathizer.
He works contracted out as a telephone installer, moving often. He uses
the Internet. He drives a red 1994 Ford Ranger pickup truck, CA. Tags 5C71632.
His work location in WA has been verified, but THERE HAS BEEN NO SIGHTING
OF SONIA since 10-03-97. It is crucial that Sonia be located without putting
Sanders, his family, and friends on notice. It is believed Sanders has
Sonia in seclusion with him or that his friend(s) are keeping her secluded.
Sonia may be suffering from the Stockholm Syndrome.
If so, she may resist recovery and/or not seek help/escape.
