              There are a number of web pages that have surfaced, seeking to imitate the CPAC - its goals and its effectiveness. While, generally, imitation may be taken by some as an off-brand form of flattery, the proposals and often (unwritten) self-conflicting motivations of those site presenters, leads to this cautionary note or reminder: Please do not take it upon yourself to act as an unauthorized agent for law enforcement personnel, and do not place unconditional confidence in those whom are seemingly hypervigilant in giving the appearance of "policing" the Internet. They are not law enforcement, which often declines making use of the information such individuals and/or groups submit for review; there are valid reasons why such information is frequently dismissed, i.e., relating to the sources and how evidence may be obtained. Please report any suspicious or suspected criminal activity directly to Law Enforcement.
