Privacy Policy

The Children's Protection and Advocacy Coalition (CPAC) is pleased to provide information pertaining to pedophiles to law enforcement agencies. Due to prior hacking of the CPAC site and criminal acts perpetrated on CPAC directors, we are compelled to require certain procedures in your obtaining this information.

The original request must be made by E-mail to: The CPAC. This E-mail must originate from your server and not be processed through a proxy server or anonymizer program. This is so each request can be traced back to you in the event there is evidence that the request is emanating from a suspicious origin.

Upon receipt of your E-mail, you will be E-mailed back a post office address where a letter of request must be sent. This letter must be on department stationary and signed by the agency head or member of the executive staff (rank of captain or above). The letter of request must include the agency ORI number for verification purposes. A telephone number for contact must also be provided.

The CPAC is providing this information to law enforcement agencies at no charge other than duplication and postage fees. We appreciate your understanding of the precautions we must take in order to assure that this information is sent only to authorized law enforcement personnel.
