Comments: I am desprate for help! The system is
    trying to reunify my son with his father who molested my daughter
    at least 8 times.He went to trail in the crimenal case and coped
    a plea on day two of trail, but it wasnt any plea it was a Alferad
    plea ,this plea has made both cases very difficult.Sentencing
    was set for Nov.3 when we arrived we were told that he fired
    his lawyer the night before and is reguesting a new sentencing
    date whicch is set for dec.18 now. This is going to pay him time
    to play the system and work toward visation with his son in the
    d&n case. before he is sentenced and we all know social serves
    and the courts are pro reunifaction not do to the best interest
    of my child,but do to the fact that mandates them to reunify
    or lose funding.The best interest of my childern are not importent
    it is their policy that is important.My son does not want to
    see he father. When forced to do and interactional assesment
    with him he cried and begged not to go. Following this meeting
    him and his sister both regressed in their treatment and started
    desplaying all their old symptoms again,(nightmares, bedwetting,clinging,)My
    son is 7 yrs. old and my daughter just turned 6.The abuse was
    revailed last year and my childeren have been not only victims
    of incest but victims of the system that is trying to force this
    monster back in their lives.My childern have no rights. Please
    Help me protect my children.

Comments: This is a wonderful site. I just wish
    there weren't so many comments about children being abused. There
    shouldn't be a child in the world getting abused. Every day I
    read articles on child abuse: statistics, what is considered
    abuse and what the local, state and national gov. is doing. I
    have yet to find help from any of them. My daughter has been
    abused physically by her father, who is a convicted felon, waiting
    to face his 2nd felony charge among so many other incidents.
    He has joint custody of her and admitted to the abuse. The judge,
    a woman, who believes in corporal punishment, felt there was
    nothing wrong with hitting a 5yr.old on the thigh and leaving
    a bruise of his handprint on her for a week! I continue to search
    for help for my daughter every day. I just get by on faith in
    God and the hope that the right someone will get a hold of all
    the facts and help me to save my child from becoming a statistic.

Comments: It's sad that so many children are put
    through such agony all because of either the people who abuse
    them or their family who refuses to believe it. God bless all
