California License Plate # 3VLP084.
Henry Arthur Moreno may be wearing: Watch on left wrist; wedding ring;
polo shirt and black pants. Henry has a scar on left lower back from older
surgery to fuse his ruptured disc. He is right-handed. Uses hands in waving
motion when talking. Sits and squats very straight due to his back problem.
Non-smoker. Non-drinker. Laid back personality, very friendly. Wears sunglasses
outside.

On Thursday, 08-06-98, Henry Moreno left Sacramento, CA, at approximately
9:30 a.m., and he drove to a business located at 12010 River Road, Courtland,
CA. He returned to Sacramento by 11:00 a.m.
CONFIRMED SIGHTING: He had lunch at Five-Twenty Four Restaurant (also called
5 2 4) 2377 Northgate Blvd., Sacramento, CA, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
08-08-98 was to be the grand opening of his new restaurant El Mansion Rio,
located on Garden Highway, Sacramento, CA.
POSSIBLE SIGHTING: On Thursday, 08-06-98, Henry may have been at Home Depot,
3611 Truxel Road, Sacramento, CA, at approximately 12:15 p.m. An employee
believes he saw him in the plywood lumber section with an Afro-American
male, 6', well built and well dressed. Unknown if any purchase was made
or if any other person was with them at that time.
POSSIBLE SIGHTING: On Friday, 08-07-98, his white 1997 Nissan Pathfinder,
CA. Tag # 3VLP084, may have been seen heading south on 99 South, between
Stockton and Modesto, in the evening prior to dark.
