Regrettably, it has been brought to the CPAC's attention that the Heavenly Site Award (link and/or image) is being displayed on sites by individuals who were not, at all, associated with those pages when awards had been granted in the past; the awards, though given, were in recognition for the service others had provided or contributed to those sites; those individuals may have since distanced themselves from the sites (for various reaons). If the site is not listed here, then there is a reason.

Ask why you don't see the site if -- it has claimed to have received the award(s) and  -- it is not linked from this page; some are not as (angelic as) they assert, wish for others to perceive, or are misusing the award to appear as if their sites, with totally different people at the helm, have been endorsed by the CPAC, when, in fact, they have not been associated in the slightest when disrespectful people assumed "control." The award represents -- not only site content aimed at helping others but also -- people with pages helping (and not abusing or exploiting, in any form, other people and their rights).
