    The CPAC has moved, and the new postal delivery (mailing) address will not be provided by E-mail or by phone (to those whom we've not worked with previously). Articles not available on CPAC web site pages also will not be transmitted by E-mail. Please fill out the following application for our consideration - to possibly send you the new address.

    Filling out and submitting this form is not a guarantee that everyone who completes the application will receive our address by postal delivery: Each form is subject to review of the information an applicant provides. After filling out the form, you may E-mail it to The CPAC for processing. The information you provide will be used only for verification purposes. No information about you will be provided for others or will appear in any message(s) you may receive from The CPAC.

    It may take 2 to 6 weeks for processing each application; incomplete forms and forms with incorrect information will not receive consideration. We realize, the steps and time for screening may appear somewhat inconvenient and yet we also believe the additional measures will help the CPAC, as well as its members.

    Cyberstalking - against the CPAC and Anne M. Cox - has crossed over to harassment and damages offline. The CPAC hasn't been deterred from its advocacy for children, yet has determined to exercise more control over the type of information available via the Internet about the CPAC (and individuals involved). The postal delivery address for the CPAC (cited in Online databases) will remain valid for one service to have its mail delivered; all additional mail sent to the former address will be forwarded to appropriate authorities or discarded immediately upon its arrival. Also, as a result of others' abuse of the Internet by soliciting for and posting intrusive information respective to Anne M. Cox, the information (which caused serious damage when mis-used) is invalid. She relocated as well.
